Bramshott Swimming Pool Repairs

Client
Inspired Village Group (IVG)
Challenge
Water egress from swimming pool causing efflorescence to external porous brickwork.
Approach
Once the client had drained the pool we had to build a concrete block wall under the window and back fill it with concrete.
Next step was to brushed hammer (scabbling) to key up the remaining concrete area, then apply a Combiflex joint system to all the remaining cracks where the new blocks meet the old concrete.
Finally apply a four coat Sika tanking system to seal all areas.
Install or lay new tiles to complete the project.
Results
The swimming pool facilities could be utilised again on a daily basis.
Reduced costs due to previous continuous maintenance repairs.
Improved aesthetical view externally
Happy residents with a new enhanced and original pool.
